ABOUT LIPSTICK KILLER

Lipstick Killer is a genre-blurring force of nature—part punk, part hip-hop, all raw energy. Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, she began rapping, writing, and performing at just 12 years old. Her journey has been anything but conventional. After dropping out during her junior year of college to pursue a record deal in Atlanta, a setback only fueled her fire when that deal fell through.

Refusing to be sidelined, she evolved. Lipstick Killer co-founded two bands, most notably Rebella Rising, which built a devoted following in Kansas City. The group snagged a win at a local battle of the bands, landing them a coveted spot opening for Ariana Grande and MKTO at KC’s annual Red, White & Boom celebration.
Known for her high-octane stage presence and fearless fusion of sounds, her performance style has drawn comparisons to HR of the legendary punk band Bad Brains. Her mission has always been to reject artistic boundaries—melding the aggression of rock with the rhythm and wordplay of rap.

Her influences are as eclectic as her sound: Biggie, Jay-Z, Lauryn Hill, Nirvana, Green Day, Marilyn Manson, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers all shape her musical DNA. Carving out space in the rising trap metal scene, Lipstick Killer thrives where distortion meets 808s.
Her latest project, The Black Dahlia, was released under her family's independent label, Urban Sixties Records. Now, she’s preparing to drop her next chapter: a mixtape titled Cigarettes & Heartbreak—a dark, defiant, and electric offering that cements her status as one of the most unapologetically original voices in the underground.
